I do own a pair of hiking boots, and have enjoyed many an hour of
slamming myself against the walls of a raquetball court, but
“outdoorsy” or “athletic” I'm really not. I'm a reclusive homebody
that will take a long time to build up trust with, but a short time
to get out of the house for an adventure. Um, a girly adventure.
Not too much wind or mud or bugs or anything like that. By the
way, I can think a good math lecture is an adventure.
I am
at a place in my life where everything abruptly ended and
everything is a new beginning. I'm looking at the whole last third
of my life like a teenager. The horizon is wide open. I could end
up with a whole new family and grandchildren. I could have dozens
of trysts all over the world, and eat food (my favorite!!) from
around the globe. I could join a space cult! Oh wait, I already
did that. This is the best time of my life and the most fun I have
ever had. Also, this is absolutely terrifying!! If you are the
kind of man that can make a girl laugh, and feel safe and secure,
then you are the guy for me. If you can make me think, that would
be a real plus. |
